luas stopcity center accesscomfortable roomonline check-inmanual check-inroom credit
the luas stop is right outside the hotel. this provides invaluable access to the city center in minutes. the rooms were mostly super clean and comfortable.
i attempted online check-in. the machine did not work upon arrival at reception. i then had to check in manually. the main issue was that i had a credit on my stay and decided to use it to order a bottle of wine to the room.

convenient locationfriendly staffhot roombright light
finding this spot wasnt hard at all. its location worked well for seeing the sights. i found the staff were kindly and professional people. the rooms had what i needed, like a hair dryer. the shower and beds were nice, too.
i noticed the rooms felt too warm. the aircon seemed to just blow warmer air instead of cooling things down. also, a light on the ceiling stayed on all night. it.

Acceptable Stay

many optionshelpful staffno fridgeextra charge
The breakfast provided many options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the location convenient. It was close to public transportation. The room was modern.
The room had no fridge. I could not open the windows in the room. This reminded me of a hazard. I paid in cash and was asked for an extra 100 euros. Paying with a card did not require this, it was not stated clearly to me.

The staff was very friendly. i was able to check in early, really convenient. the location was nice. It was a little out of the centre so the area was peaceful at night.
the room was far too hot, and the aircon only blew hot air! even when set at 19 degrees, it blew hot air. i could hear ac motors humming loudly all night. every room has a bright green ceiling light, so i couldn't sleep in a dark room.
